When you interviewed for one of our schola...Julia,

When you interviewed for one of our scholarships we were concerned because you came across as such a shy and mousy applicant. Since your selection, though, we’re seeing the real Julia: a very outgoing, bright, vibrant and witty young woman. Every time I turned to see how things were going at your part of the table you were engaged with either Rachelle on one side of you or John on the other.

When I read your blog here I was disappointed that you left out the part about how you were the featured speaker representing your fellow Vanderbilt cohorts. You did a great job, Julia.

This was a very nice evening.

As one of the administrators of the ILC I’m supposed to remain unbiased and neutral. I’m supposed to treat all of you the same without favoritism towards any person or group. To that end, I can’t comment on your quip that the best was saved for the last—but at the same time I can’t argue with it, either. ☺Don Gosneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17110247579694408858noreply@blogger.com
